GASTROTRUCK, a spin off of the idea of a Gastropub is a mobile food unit that aims to bring high quality and an elevated style of cuisine to the streets and events of Minnesota. 

Truck Owner, Chef Stephen Trojahn has run some of the best kitchens in the country, and has left the corporate world in search of a truly chef-driven experience.  Creativity is key with the offerings, and seasonality plays a big part in the sides that are available any given day.  Chef Stephen looks to his culinary escapades around the world for inspiration, and is not out to over complicate the food but believes strongly in highlighting the wonderful flavors that mother nature has naturally provided for us.

Our philosophy is about respecting food and the environment in which it comes from.  We believe in 100% utilization (or “Zero Waste” as some like to call it), and select our supplier partners based on their beliefs and practices.  Everything on the truck is hand selected an crafted - right down to the condiments.  We know where your food comes from....do you?
