Yes! Many of our menu items are already dietary restriction friendly, and we note these with indicators on our online menu. Just let us know any specific needs in advance so we can plan accordingly.

Once you have signed a contract and put down a 50% deposit, we provide a complimentary tasting for clients who reach a certain event minimum! You can also schedule a private tasting at our commercial kitchen for $150 for up to 4 guests. If a contract is signed, and you do not require an additional tasting, then we will apply the fee to the final bill balance.

Our base pricing includes compostable trays, forks, and paper napkins—everything needed for standard service. If you'd like to elevate the dining experience, we also offer rentals such as linens, linen napkins, china, flatware, barware, and more.

To officially book your date with Gastrotruck, we require a signed catering contract, plus a 50% nonrefundable deposit. We accept all major credit cards and checks.

We need final counts three weeks prior to your event. After three weeks, we cannot decrease your number but will do our best to increase. Final payment is due 3 days before your event.

Travel time is charged in 30-minute increments for any time over 1/2 hour from zip code 55418.

We do not. Gratuity is not required, but always appreciated!
